Too many communities feel disconnected, neighbours living side by side, yet miles apart
Cultural misunderstandings grow quietly, elders stop sharing their stories, and younger generations lose touch with their roots.
But it doesn’t have to. We believe that when people are given space to talk, listen, create, and eat together, something powerful happens: connection returns.

Our Approach Is Simple, Human, and Proven
1
Listen
We start by understanding your community’s needs and stories
We begin by making space for your voice, because your experiences and views matter.
2
Co-Create
Together we design experiences that invite participation and joy.
“We make things together, in ways that help people feel welcome and involved and joyful”
3
Deliver
We manage the project with care, clarity, and accountability.
We take care of the whole project with care, transparency, and shared responsibility.”
4
Reflect
We capture learning, impact, and legacy for future growth.
We learn from what happened, the difference it made, and how it can grow over time.”
You bring the vision, we bring the people, the structure, and the soul.
Dr. Nor Aziz

Dr. Nor Aziz is a participatory artist, researcher, and community producer. For over a decade, she has developed an artistic practice centred on one enquiry: what are the conditions in which belonging can emerge?
Through Champion Inclusivity CIC, she has spent 10 years testing that question across Coventry, in parks, libraries, streets, gardens, and community halls.
True inclusion begins with care, and care begins with listening.
Dr. Nor Aziz

Our Vision
We believe belonging doesn't happen by chance. It emerges when the right conditions are created, when people are given space, time, creativity, and care.
Over nearly a decade, Nor has been developing and refining the practice of creating those conditions. This website is the story of that enquiry.

“When we make belonging visible, we make communities stronger, full of hope, and a source of pride.”
